As a Master Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, Pilates Instructor, NLP Practitioner and Life Coach, Jenny is passionate about helping women achieve their health and fitness goals.

She has always been dedicated to developing her skills and furthering her education. She holds additional qualifications in pre/post-natal exercise, animal flow, boxing, ballet barre, HIIT and Olympic lifting. Jenny has combined these different training methods to develop her own unique style of training.

Jenny doesn’t believe in working just from the outside in, instead she incorporates working with the mind to work from the inside out. Using various techniques, you will uncover why you may not have been successful in the past and what is it that could be holding you back from achieving your goals both in fitness and in life.

Fit is not a destination, it is a way of life. With Jennifer Devonshire you will fall in love with  your body and embrace healthy living.

Based in Clapham Junction, sessions can be delivered in person but also online through an online coaching program.
